Evaluation and Analysis of Living Quality and Influential Factors of Land-lost Farmers in Hangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to evaluate and analyze living quality and relevant factors of land-lost farmers in Hangzhou Economic Technological Development Area. Methods of documentation,sample survey,AHP and statistical analysis were employed. The results indicate:(1) land-lost farmers of HEDA have relatively higher living quality(;2) living quality of land-lost farmers may be influenced by social and economic development levels,year of land requisition,marital status,vocational status,gender,age,etc. In conclusion,the living quality of land-lost farmers is one of the most important issues of land requisition,this study may provide some policy references for resettlement of land-lost farmers.
