Abstract:The paper is to engage in an empirical study on the influential organizational factors for the reckless behaviors of the civil aviation maintenance workers.To reduce the frequency of such reckless behaviors of those workers,this paper intends to make a study of the in-depth influential factors that may account for such behaviors.The paper has chosen such a topic for discussion merely with an attempt to improve the current trends among the civil aviation maintenance workers while stress is to put on the following four organizational influential factors,that is,the safety civil aviation atmosphere,the work-load stress,the risk awareness and the safety control as the focus of our analysis.Through the theoretical analysis of such behaviors and the analysis of interview recordings with the civil aviation maintenance workers,we have established a structural equation model by using the actual data we have collected and tested empirically.Furthermore,we've also made a questionnaire survey by taking the maintenance workers in service in the nation-wide airline maintenance bases,and,then,recycled the effective questionnaire analysis results.And,afterwards,we have analyzed the data we have collected by using two kinds of software known as SPSS 16.0 and AMOS 17.0.The other related research methods we have adopted include:the reliability and validity analysis,the structural equation modeling analysis and the path coefficient analysis.The results of the above said analyses of the investigations prove to be significantly correlated with the safety-managing behaviors and participation ones.Specifically speaking,the so-called safety atmosphere should be taken as the primary factors that may affect the safety participation behaviors,whereas the risk awareness is of the least influence on such safety-managing behaviors.The critical guide coefficients of the safety atmosphere to safety-managing behavior and participating behavior may account for only 0.15 and 0.45 respectively,whereas the critical guide coefficients of the work stress to the safety-managing behaviors and participation behaviors are only-0.17 and-0.39,respectively.In addition,the critical guide coefficients of the risk awareness to the safety observation behaviors and participation behaviors are only-0.12 and-0.35 respectively,nevertheless,the critical guide coefficients of the safety management to the safety observation behaviors and participation behaviors are merely 0.27 and 0.41,respectively.
