Abstract:The acute poisoned patients have abundant poison accumulation,so the key treatment is to remove the toxic timely and alleviate the damage of toxicant on organs.Blood purification can remove the toxic and reduce multiple organ damages of inflammatory factors,thus is an effective treatment for acute poisoning.Blood purification methods have passed the courses of development of hemodialysis,continuous renal replacement therapy and so on,and the function has also developed from renal replacement to multiple organ function support and life support,which will bring a new chance to the treatment of poisoning.
