Review of Motor Control Center

Abstract:Motor control center,which is a pivotal appliance of factory automation,is widely applied in various domains of national economy. Referring to amount of literatures and patents,the basic structure,characteristics,standards and the development of conventional motor control centers are summarized in this paper.Also,an advanced product,intelligent motor control center,is described. The function and technology tendency of intelligent motor control center is analyzed in detail.Then a novel intelligent motor control center structure is described and key technologies of the intelligent motor control center are presented.
