Abstract:Phalaenopsis is a kind of flowering plant which has a wide market prospect.At present,the seedling propagation with the techniques of tissue culture is the only method for the mass production of Phalaenopsis.The research ahievements on Phalaenopsis tissue culture in recent years were reviewed mainly focusing on the explants,medium,cultural condition and method in order to help Phalaenopsis' growers.At last,the exist problems in the tissue culture of Phalaenopsis were analysed,then the development and research direction of Phalaenopsis was put forward.
