Study on the Synthesis of Triazine Oligmer Charring Agent

Abstract:Factors that effect the synthesis yields of a new charring agent, triazine oligomer, have been investigated. Through the analysis of the results, it was showed that the optimum conditions for the synthesis were: reaction temperature of 100 ℃, reaction time of 1 h, and the acid binder dropping time of 1.5 h. And the significant influence factors on the yield were got through the anova. In the optimum conditions, experiments were repeated. The results were showed that the method of orthogonal design for triazine oligomer synthesis is feasible and efficient.
