The Teaching Reform of Engineering Practice of Graduates in Engineering Colleges

Abstract:Nowadays,the inadequacy of practical ability of graduates in engineering colleges becomes one of the key factors to impede the practical development of the engineering practice in graduate education.Analyzing the necessity of the engineering practical teaching,this paper proposes that general engineering colleges should establish the policy and system based on the concept of engineering education.It is suggested to take such measures as setting properly the educational aim of engineering talents,constructing scientifically the teaching system of engineering practice,and improving mechanisms of teacher's training to promote the engineering practical ability of graduates.
