Abstract:This paper analyzes the uncertainty and fuzziness of influence factors of traffic capacity of expressway sections. It sets up fuzzy and comprehensive evaluation model by applying the fundamentals of fuzzy mathematics based upon weight of various impact factors by making use of the analytic hierarchy process, also it gives a description of its practicability and provides a effective method of judging the traffic capacity of any expressway section.
