Abstract:Drug addiction involved in the complex change of different kinds of brain protein content,structure and function,many of which were classified into metabolism,cytoskeletal proteins,chaperones,cell signaling pathway-related protein,synaptic function related protein and redox-related protein.Proteomics has the predominant potentiality to obtain high-throughout proteome mapping from sap,tissue or cell in the physiological and pathological states.By choosing the meaningful "candidate protein" for further study,which is benefit to reveal the role of addiction neurobiology mechanisms,establish the diagnostic criteria and eventually find potential treatment target.
