Abstract:The formation of China's current humanism development logos and the problem about disadvantaged groups are profound intrinsically linked,humanism is the protection of disadvantaged groups' ultimate philosophical foundation and the practical way out.Humanism implicates the protection of the disadvantaged groups' pursuit of value:people is the goal;expurgates the protection of the disadvantaged groups' morality and justice foundation:social equality;clarifies the protection of the disadvantaged groups' power source:state responsibility;designates the protection of the disadvantaged groups' effective path:sharing of development.Under the humanism language situation,the protection of the disadvantaged groups' substance is to explain the modern crisis,its logos is an appeal to the scientific development concept.
