Abstract:career decision-making self-efficacy refers to the choice of behavior,education and profession by an individual related to the profession of an individual,and the faith of sticking.The research on the current situation of career decision-making self-efficacy of the female postgraduates is benefit for us to understand the career psychology of the group and make the implement of career guidance.This paper takes the postgraduates of the three colleges and universities of Xuzhou city as research subject.The method of the thesis is based on the combination of relevant literatures and investigation.It finds that the level of career decision-making self-efficacy of the female postgraduates is above moderate standard,but under that of the male postgraduates.And it's affected by and the grade,training mode and experience of part-time or full-time jobs.
