Abstract:The paper analyzes the layout features of the cross-regional expanded development of nearly 20 real estate enterprises such as China Vanke.It finds that most of the companies divide their real estate market by geographical locations.There are different development models of enterprise cross-regional distribution,which is due to various stages of development and development strategy of the enterprise's own decisions.Therefore,it is important for a real estate enterprise to choose the suitable development model according to its own actual situation.
