Abstract:Organizational learning is a process full of risks and uncertainties,thus control mechanism is needed to reduce the risk of organizational learning and uncertainties in order to realize the goal of organizational learning.Therefore,it's important to study the effect of control mechanism on the relationship between organizational learning and enterprise performance.It finds out that process control positively impacts the relationship between exploratory learning and enterprise performance while negatively impacts the relationship between exploitative learning and enterprise performance;the outcome control negatively moderates the linkage between exploratory learning and enterprise performance while positively moderates the linkage between exploitative learning and enterprise performance.
