Abstract:In risk society,the communication of information as a regulatory tool has a unique comparative advantage,but China's current practice of risk regulation on the application of information communication tools and related research has just started.The risk communication tool has broad application prospects,therefore it is necessary to establish the institutional mechanisms so as to help institutions use the risk communication tool effectively and achieve regulatory objectives by providing and conveying information.
