Abstract:With the environment of promoting public hospital reform according to new health care system reform guideline,the necessity of implementing DRGs in China is analyzed.A series of preparations are considered to be done.Firstly,the first page of medical record should be detail and correct.The diagnosis should be coded by ICD-10.Secondly,regular clinical pathway of common disease should be designed.Thirdly,the standards of discharged with all kinds of disease should be developed to avoid pre-discharged for reducing medical cost.Fourthly,the compensation work of crisis patient should be highlighted to prevent buck-passing crisis patient.Fifthly,ID card service should be promoted to strengthen patient information management and avoid outpatient cost increasing.Sixthly,medical technology innovation should be sustainable encouraged.
