Abstract:The deep connotation of ecological civilization lies in stressing the humanization and sublimation of the nature of human's own body,and then promoting comprehensive development of human beings as well as the progress of the society,The western capitalist countries understand the ecological civilization construction from the perspectives of self-interest and utilitarian goals,but they can not realize the profound significance of ecological civilization construction,as a result they do their utmost to shirk responsibilities.The socialist countries,departing from on the current situation of their own countries and the status quo of the ecological situation,combine organically the ecological civilization construction and industrialization,basing both on themselves and the environment and focusing on the sustainable development.These socialist countries understand the ecological civilization from the level of harmonious development of the human beings,the nature,and the society,having the courage to confront the situation and take on responsibilities,which represent the direction of ecological civilization construction.
