Abstract:A new method of weight estimation of rotor eccentric load was proposed,which has solved the difficulty of estimating the weight of rotor eccentric load accurately in high rotor speed,based on analyzing the rule and the cause of motor vibration,researching into the effect on motor vibration changing of eccentric loads with different weight and the quantitative analysis of motor vibration acceleration.Experimental results indicate that by introducing such method,accurate weight estimation of rotor eccentric load in high rotor speed is practible.
