Abstract:The intelligence of medium and low voltage distribution network is an important bottleneck to the development of smart grid.This paper builds communication network for the probable form of smart distribution network,and designs a transmission structure of information network based on EPON(Ethernet Passive Optical Network).It simulates and analyzes the communication delay and congestion,which may occur in the process of transmission,proposes the solutions of this problem.Finally,this paper concludes that the composition form and communication structure of smart distribution network,and the solving of delay and back off have an great significance to China's power industry.
