Abstract:CpG immunostimulatory sequences are found at their highest concentrations in bacteria and are rare in the genome of higher animal.Vertrates therefore perceiveCpG as a danger signal and respond through the induction of the innate immune system.Here,I try to introduce recent research advances of the structure characteristics,the immune activity,the functional mechanistm and the assisting response of CpG-DNA
