Experience of perioperation treatment in 62 cases of cardiac valve replacement

Abstract:Objective:To make a summary of the experience in treating cardiac valve replacement during the perioperation.Methods: The data of 62 cases undergone cardiac valve replacement were gathered for the study.Results: Complications occurred in 30 cases,among which 4 cases complicated with low cardiac output and 19 cases with arrhythmia.60 survived from 62,but one case of death resulted from multiple organ failure and another one from unknown cause.Conclusion: It is important to prevent perioperative arrhythmogenesis and episode of low cardiac output.
