Abstract:In order to promote the formation and development of characterization and measurement system for nanomaterials,this article introduced the classification and characterization of nanomaterials,and summarized related measurement technologies,being based upon large numbers of literatures,standards and regulation.At the same time,the authors discussed the characterization and measurement challenges for nanomaterials,and proposed some concerned suggestions.The mentioned above is helpful for characterizing and measuring nanomaterials,and for resolving the related problems.It can be an important reference for composing standards in this field.
