Abstract:The inclusive development of agricultural and food systems is crucial for realizing rural revitalization and Chinese path to modernization considering China’s basic national condition of being a large country with small farmers, and it is also an important aspect of common prosperity and global sustainable development. This study explores the implications and characteristics of inclusive development of the agricultural and food systems and identifies four prominent problems existing in promoting the effective connection between small farmers and agricultural modernization, improving the food demand and public service support systems for vulnerable groups, enhancing the resilience of agricultural industrial and supply chains, and establishing a fair, shared, and sustainable public-service system necessary for the agricultural and food systems. Moreover, four key systems are proposed aimed at overcoming scientific and technological challenges critical to the agricultural system, developing food science and technology while improving the food supply chain, promoting the inclusive development of agricultural and food systems, and establishing an inclusive agricultural and food system. Furthermore, the following suggestions are proposed: (1) ensuring food security to guarantee the inclusive development of vulnerable groups, (2) forming a large-scale grain security pattern while adhering to an all-encompassing approach to food, (3) optimizing the circulation and distribution systems using digital technologies, (4) establishing a shared and inclusive agricultural and food system through regional coordination, and (5) unblocking the entire chain channels of agricultural and food systems.

The development of west China is a wonderful system project as well as an arduous and long term task, which might require the efforts of several generations. In the development of west China, the conservation of ecological environment should be given the first priority. We must improve our knowledge and take advantage of high technologies to energetically carry out Chinese eco agriculture, water saving agricultural practices, afforestation and soil erosion control projects.

Abstract:Fron the development of agricultural production and natural science, the conceptual framework of agricultural information system engineering was put forward after discussion of the formstion, concepts and components of agricultural information science and agricultural information technology. The reality and function of agricultural information technology in China was summarized in 5 aspects: agricultural resources, agricultural disaster, crop yield estimation, environmental monitoring and evaluation, and agricultural production management and technological consultation. There were 4 main problems in the development of agricultural information technology under current situation. At last some suggestions were made on developing the agricultural information technology.

Abstract:Xinjiang is located on the northwest border of China, which is an im- portant agricultural production and export base. In order to establish integrated management of agricultural products and service information system, China put forward the "Golden Agriculture Project" program in 1994, whose construction development is still insufficient because of the backward informatization level in Xinjiang. This article uses the management theory to analyze the shortcom- ings of the current three information platforms for agricultural products based on the current situation of the Xinjiang's informationization and the different demand for information of each node on the supply chain of agricultural prod- ucts. Proposing an interactive platform for integrated information of agricultural products which combines farm production, supply and marketing of Xinjiang agricultural products. This will help the information platform to play the role of information collection and distribution, and to improve the efficiency of the cir- culation of Xinjiang agricultural products.

Abstract:With the continuous development of the world economy, science, and technology, the era of intelligence and information is upon us. Through the implementation of the digital rural construction project in China, agriculture is developing rapidly in the direction of informatization. As a major agricultural province in China, Shandong Province has been ranked first in China for many years in terms of gross agricultural product and the import and export of agricultural products. According to the current situation of agricultural informatization in Shandong Province, this study uses relevant evaluation index data of Shandong Province from 2011 to 2019 and applies the entropy value method, coupling degree analysis model, and coupling coordination degree analysis model to deeply evaluate the mutual influence and coordination degree between the agricultural informatization level and agricultural economic development in Shandong province in each year. We identify the possible problems in the development of agricultural informatization in Shandong province. Finally, in terms of talent construction, infrastructure construction, the main role of government, policies, and farmers' awareness of informatization, we propose some countermeasures and suggestions that are conducive to the coordinated development of agricultural informatization and the agricultural economy.

Abstract:Farmlandis the basis of food production,and also the key and difficult point of agricultural development in China.At present, China’s farmland is generally characterized by small scale, scattered distribution, weak infrastructure, and low level of informatization. High-standard farmland construction is an important policy formulated at the national level to ensure food security and promote agricultural transformation and upgrading. It is based on farmland water conservancy and combines information technology and communication technology with high-standard farmland construction, realizing the whole process of information perception, transmission, and management from field to market. However, China’s farmland water conservancy has problems such as backward irrigation conditions and technology, imperfect supervision and management mechanism, and lack of information professionals. The contradiction between agricultural modernization and high-quality development and insufficient demand for farmland water conservancy has gradually become prominent. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of smart water conservancy, and strengthen the use of Internet of Things, cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, and other technologies to achieve information sharing and data sharing of high-standard farmland construction, to realize the efficient, accurate, and scientific management of high-standard farmland, and to ensure China’s food security.

Abstract:Based on the meaning and developing actuality of agricultural information service system, the paper set up a framework of the system. Then the paper discusses the interactive relationship between agricultural information service system and agricultural economic growth-intensive. Moreover, the paper set up analytical model of their relativity and gives the suggestions of promoting agricultural information service system and its effect on agricultural economic growth-intensive in China. The results show that agricultural information service system is a dynamic, open and organic system, which has a positive pertinence with agricultural economic growth-intensive but has a weak effect in China. Therefore, China should take various measures to develop its agricultural information service system, so that can facilitate agriculture rapidly in near future. © 2007 IEEE.

Abstract:In order to improve rural land management information and land intensive use,according to current situation of land and features of contract management,Beijing suburban agricultural land contract information management system was built based on Oracle database,ArcGIS Engine,ArcSDE and 3S.Key technology researches were developed such as multi-source heterogeneous data fusion,distributed virtual visiting,land parcel drew and property edited by PDA,results reported and data updated.It combined qualitative analysis,quantitative calculation with visual display to achieve space integrated management while rural land basic information acquisition machine PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) was adopted for the rapid field collection of basic data and updates.The system could achieve spatial decision support business management such as query and statistics,agricultural land transfer management,agricultural disaster assessment and agricultural insurance,agricultural products security.Running of the system promotes transition from the traditional and rough mode towards to the precise and scientific mode and provides sufficient data basis and analysis tool for management departments at all levels of government in rural areas to make rapid and scientific decision.It is very great significant for capital rural three agricultural development.

Abstract:China Internet plus rural industrial integration is applied in the era of agricultural informatization in the era of Internet plus urban integration strategy. For many years, the themes of urban-rural integration, agricultural economy, and rural revitalization have been the core topics of China’s economic research. This study fully integrates the above elements and analyzes the development path of rural economic informatization in China’s special environment. Supported by the national strategic direction and related policies such as the integration of urban and rural areas, Internet plus agriculture, agricultural informatization, and rural revitalization, we hope to achieve faster agricultural economic development through the rational optimization of agricultural economic integration and supervision and promotion programs and the use of the existing information platform. The problems of China’s agricultural economic development caused by historical reasons are thoroughly solved. China’s regional agricultural economy should not only be not limited to the large-scale and intensive development of planting, animal husbandry, forestry, and fishery in the primary industry but also should realize the integration of urban and rural areas under the background of economic informatization, develop the secondary and tertiary industries related to agriculture in the agricultural economic zone, let the agricultural economy get rid of the constraints of the development ideas of the primary industry, and let the high value-added characteristics of the secondary industry and the tertiary industry fully contribute to the development of agricultural economy.

Abstract:Modern agricultural demonstration areas presently are key fields of agriculture construction in China. Almost all the jobs in the fields were limited to project construct and more attention in most of these areas was paid to new cultivar together with demonstration and extension of new technique, but with lag in informatization of management and network technique. In a case of modern agricultural demonstration areas in Shaoxing, a management information system of modern agricultural demonstration areas(MADAMIS) were built with the support of Geodatabase and the WebGIS technique. The established MADAMIS brought into being what we expected, including information query, information issuing, consultation and decision-making, map publication, multimedia teaching etc. It provides a new platform for network-based management, technique demonstration, consultation and decision-making of agriculture.
