Abstract:On the one hand,every person is equal because of his primary contribution to the society:everyone is a natural stockholder of the society for being a member of the society since his birth,and therefore is entitled to basic rights including complete human rights,which we may call the complete equality principle.On the other hand,every person is entitled to non-basic rights for his secondary contributions to the society.These non-basic rights should be in proportion to his non-equal and unique contributions to the society,which we may call the proportional equal right principle.
