Abstract:Objective Analyzes the retrospective study,which is about social responsibility of the capital rural basic medical and health care during the bare-foot doctor period,to give proposals about persevering with social responsibility in the rural basic medical and health care.Methods Through the sample,we do the questionnaire survey for three parts of the people,who are bare-foot doctors,managers and the masses in Beijing 5 townships and 22 counties.Results During the bare-foot doctor period,the staff、organization、funds and other safeguards,which are support the social responsibility of the capital rural basic medical and health care,are sound and meet the actual demand at that time.Conclusion Should establish and perfect the social responsibility of the capital rural basic medical and health care,which meet the actual demand at present.
