Abstract:In asset pricing theories,the theoretical significance of market liquidity risk premium is a hot topic.This paper decomposes market liquidity risk into exogenous and endogenous liquidity risk,introduces liquidity demand as a state variable giving rise to the random holding horizon,and develops a liquidity risk-adjusted capital asset pricing model.Besides agreeming with the previous theoretical literatures on the effect of exogenous liquidity risk on asset pricing,we find that different elasticity values of price impact can make a cross-sectional dispersion in required return for the level of liquidity and market liquidity risk.The state variable of liquidity demand affects market liquidity risk premium increasingly,and could induce the known time-varying phenomenon of liquidity risk premium.

Abstract:In the past few years,China's financial system has experienced a serious fluidity surplus problem.The international reserves,the credit balance and the securities prices all rise significantly.The paper analyzes the liquidity of financial system including foreign exchange market,bank market and securities market by setting up a currency analytic model,which is based on the monthly dates of an inflation cycle,the theory of co-integration and the VAR model.The result indicates that the change of our country's international payment weighted by the reserves and the adjustment mechanism isn't a passive balance.However,there is a much smooth conducting and flowing channel among the three markets.For the three mutual conduction relationship,the foreign exchange market has an important influence on the other two markets,and the bank market also has a very remarkable influence on the stock market whereas the stock's nearly has no influence on the others.

Abstract:Based on the Chinese macroeconomic data,this paper studies the characters and its influence of Chinese liquidity boom pro and con.It emphasize that there is an essential difference between Chinese liquidity problem and western countries' excess liquidity.Further,it discuss the sustainable conditions for structural liquidity boom,and gives the proposal that China should utilize this positive liquidity condition to develop its capital market and optimize its economic structure.

Abstract:Surplus of liquidity has become one of the basic characteristic of Chinese macro economy.Aim at the extensive disputation in this region,this paper focuses on answering four questions:firstly,on the conception,we think that surplus of liquidity is the short-term eruption of long-run and sustaining heap of excess money supply;secondly,on the cause of formation,we think that surplus of liquidity is the outcome of synthetically effects from interior and exterior;thirdly,on the replying measures,we think surplus of liquidity's elimination relies on the balance of international payments,free foreign exchange system design,and macroeconomic management;fourthly,on the solving policies,we think that final settlement of Chinese surplus of liquidity must begin with conqueringforeign aggression,found on eliminating internal hardship,depend on coordination of different measures,choose social security,foreign exchange utilization,and capital market development as the main breach,advance efficiently and safely.

Abstract:Financial regulation depends on the changes of its supply and demand functions. Though regulation equilibrium can contribute to achieve financial stability and development,regulation non-equilibrium appears more frequent. Focusing on supply and demand theory,this paper analyzes the institutional evolution of Chinese financial regulation and finds that institutional excess and functional insufficiency still exist for the supply of Chinese financial regulation. We suggest that the government should,in the short term,pay more attention to financial regulation coordination and in the long term reform the regulation system and increase functional supply of financial regulation.

Abstract:Purpose This study aims to systematically review the literature in the fields of liquidity, informational efficiency and default risk. The authors outline the key research streams and provide possible pathways for future research. Design/methodology/approach The study adopts bibliographic mapping to identify the most influential studies in the research fields of liquidity, informational efficiency and default risk from 1984 to 2021. Findings The study identifies four key research themes that include efficiency and transparency of markets; corporate yield spreads; market interactions: bonds, stocks and cryptocurrencies; and corporate governance. By assessing publications published from 2018 to 2021, the authors also document seven key emerging research trends: cross markets, managerial learning and corporate governance, state ownership and government subsidies, international evidence, machine learning (FinTech approaches), environmental themes and financial crisis. Drawing on these emerging trends, the authors highlight the opportunities for future research. Research limitations/implications Keyword searches have limitations since some studies might be overlooked if they do not match the specified search criteria, even though their relevance to the topic is under investigation. Adopt the R project to expand this review by incorporating more literature from other databases, such as the Scopus database could be a possible solution. Practical implications The four key research streams contribute to a comprehensive understanding of liquidity, informational efficiency and default risk. The emerging trends integrate existing knowledge and leave the chance for innovative research to expand the research frontier. Originality/value This study fulfills the systematic literature review streams in the fields of liquidity, informational efficiency and default risk, and provides fruitful opportunities for future research.

Abstract:The liquidity of financial institutions is the most important factor of the security of financial system.Since the founding of PRC,it is the explicit and implicit deposit insurance system that keeps the financial institutions away from liquidity crisis.and keeps China's financial system steady against the high percentage of the financial institutions' bad assets.Under the condition of regional conflict,there are three kinds of liquidity crises for the financial institutions: public confidence losing,huge assets losses and serious damage of network and database.Each kind would have bad effect on the stability of the financial system,and threatened the economic security.Therefore,it is necessary to prevent the liquidity crisis from occurring and extending under the regional conflict.The authors put forward some suggestions.

Abstract:For financial assets playing more important role in financial system and the declining relationship between monetary assets and output, inflation, monetary policy is not as effective as before. In order to bring monetary assets and financial assets into a uniform analysis system, this paper puts forward macro-liquidity theory as the basis for macro-liquidity management. Firstly, this paper points out that the funds flow in financing process correspond with output, so macroliquidity has the connotation of the level of credit expansion. , on the basis of which, this paper defines macro-liquidity as well as its calculation method. The paper also demonstrates that macroliquidity analysis is better than money analysis through theoretical and normative analysis.

Abstract:Considering the investors' diversification,the ratio of speculators and stabilization of monetary policy,this paper introduces a two-term general equilibrium model of liquidity black hole.In addition,we find there are three kinds of market equilibriums and the black hole is just one of these equilibriums.As the shock becomes bigger,the market may not be able to find a reasonable equilibrium price in certain condition and the liquidity black hole happens.The results show that the more diversified investors,the lower ratio of speculators and the more stable monetary policy,the less possibilities that a liquidity black hole will occur.

Abstract:With data from Shanghai Stock Exchange, we examine systematic liquidity of Chinese stock market, which is an order-driven emerging market. In contrast to the results from quote-driven markets and matured markets, we find a more significant market component in individual stock's liquidity. We also find a negative relation between firm size and sensitivity to changes in market components on the Chinese stock market,which is very different from the American and Hong Kong market.

Abstract:The emergence and development of electronic money has changed the form of money as well as the structure of money supplies and has brought remarkable influence on monetary liquidity. Through correlation test of electronic money and monetary liquidity,the author finds that electronic money has obvious substitution effect on money with high liquidity while this is not a simply formal substitution. It not only has changed the structure of monetary supplies,but also has blurred the boundary of different monetary level,which leads to continuous decline of monetary liquidity. This conclusion may explain the reason of long-term decline of monetary liquidity in China.

Abstract:Liquidity is an important aspect for evaluating the efficiency and maturity of a financial market.Recent many financial institutes,investors and bureaus paid much attention to it.For futures market,liquidity seems more important.With good liquidity,traders may reduce transaction cost,and Futures may perform better in leading price discovery.Furthermore,good liquidity may free Futures Exchanges out of the credit crisis.Current research work mainly focused on the liquidity models for securities market.and research work on the futures market is mostly Empirical.Few is concerned with the liquidity and liquidity orisis modeling.We propose an enhanced Amivest liquidity ratio named E-Amivest.The model overcomes the disadvantage of Amivest model that overrates the function of market tightness.Furthermore,Volume Open-Interest Ratio(VOI ratio) is proposed based on E-Amivest and empirical study shows that the VOI ratio reveals the liquidity characteristics of futures market better than other models.

Abstract:This paper examines the relationship between liquidity risk and stock return with the trade data of the A shares in ShangHai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange.The method used in this paper is two-pass cross-section regression.After decomposing the liquidity risk into systematic liquidity risk and individual liquidity risk,we find that both risks have significant effect on the stock return.What is different from empirical evidence in developed markets is that individual liquidity risk has more significant effect on stock return than systematic liquidity risk in both Chinese stock markets.Therefore future research on the liquidity pricing in Chinese stock market has to consider factors of individual liquidity risk.

Abstract:Short-term liquidity is an important aspect to judge enterprises' financial situation.Current ratio and quick ratio are two traditional indexes to evaluate short-term liquidity.However,these two indexes have much limitation.In order to get a scientific index,this paper analyzed the meaning and superiority about liquidity ratio comparing to traditional indexes.Then this paper chose typical samples to test the superiority of liquidity ratio.The result showed that liquidity ratio can obtain more objective evaluation than traditional indexes range from static analysis to dynamic analysis.According to the research result,this paper claimed to use liquidity ratio to evaluate short-term liquidity.
