The Research on Equity Index System of Higher Education Based on CIPP Model

Abstract:There exists the absence of education fairness index in the current education situation and evaluation and the lack of official evaluation system concerning higher education fairness.With the help of CIPP model,the paper attempts to establish a framework of system featured by "Context,Input,Process,Product",and to construct an equity index system of higher education based on education background,education admission opportunity,education resource allocation,education quality and achievements.
