Abstract:This paper involves a study of the automated logistics system of YOUNGOR's distribution center, which includes an integrated computer management and control system, a set of ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System), a multi-story warehouse system, a sorting and conveying system, and other related auxiliary equipments. A central information system was dedicatedly designed for the logistics system of apparel industry, which was integrated with WMS, ERP and DRP system. The results of this pilot project show the good potential for promoting the use of ASRS within apparel industry in China. The study and practice will help apparel companies to assess the benefits of automated logistics system in their day to day operations.

Abstract:This paper first discusses the overall design of automated warehouses,and a detailed analysis of the composition of the system hardware and software design ideas,using PLC control,the use of photoelectric testing,step-driven automation and other advanced technology to achieve the three-dimensional warehouse model of access control and roadway machines feed precise positioning.Finally,automatic warehouse control analysis indicates that the configuration designed to do to achieve a simulation model for automated warehouse control and dynamic monitoring.

Abstract:The entire structure of automated warehouse control system is determined. The industrial control computer, the graphical user interface, PLC and other devices are connected by the CAN bus. The radio frequency identification system is used to the identification of the goods in warehouse. Its composition and the working principle are discussed, and the recognition system workflow is designed. The paper discussed the implementation of system control bus and the workflow of control software. The warehouse management system is designed to work well reflected in the network information technology. The connected automated warehouse with the warehouse management system is a better solution to the entire supply chain problems in companies.

This paper takes a roadway-type stereoscopic garage (warehouse-type stereo garage) as the research object, with PLC and servo control technology as the core, supplemented by contactless card reader and mobile client technology, and develops design of Urban stereo garage system based on Internet+. Through the network communication between the stereo garage system and the mobile phone client, the remote garage information inquiry is realized, and the PLC is connected with the touch screen to perform, and data reading and writing data can be performed and the visual management of the stereo garage can be realized.

Abstract:In order to meet the requirement of high speed,high accuracy automation about three-dimensional warehouse,a warehouse automatic control system is designed.In this system,configuration software is used as a design platform,the PLC was chosen as the site equipment.By the PC monitoring interface,real-time data is acquired from the local hardware equipment,according to configuration requirements and the operator's instructions,the control data is sent to the hardware equipment to control the actuator and the warehouse.It is realized that the system is real-time controlled by computer and warehouse management level is improved.Practical application shows that the efficiency and security of the system has higher reliability.

Abstract:To make the supply chain for product family hold speedy responses and satisfy customers diversification needs, based on the characteristics of the supply chain for product family, the requirements of the data-warehouse-based management system of supply chain for product family (DWMSSCPF) were analyzed. The function of data warehouse in the DWMSSCPF was discussed. And the data warehouse of supply chain for product family was built in terms of theme establishment and data-model design. The architecture of DWMSSCPF was presented, including data integration layer, performance control layer, work-flow layer and resolving exception layer. The DWMSSCPF system was successfully employed in a certain automotive parts and components company, and the speedy responses to the customers diversification needs were effectively realized.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of slotting optimization management with automated storage and retrieval system (AS / RS), the genetic algorithms of the slotting optimization process with stereo warehouse were discussed. The process of the slotting optimization was designed by the real-number coding. The mathematical models of the slotting optimization and cargo shipping time were built, and the simulation calculation of the models was done. The stability of the shelf and the efficiency of the accessing goods were significantly improved by the optimization simulation of the distribution of cargo space, after optimizing the storage order. The algorithms of the slotting optimization with stereo warehouse could effectively enhance the frequency of the stock in & out, increasing the revenue.

Abstract:The assembly of aircraft parts is a complicated process. It is often composed of thousands of parts and components. The flow of parts and materials needed in the manufacturing process of products is large, and the traditional logistics efficiency and informatization of individual parts are low. It is impossible to meet the demand of logistics technology in the production process of modern aircraft assembly. In this paper, based on the technical characteristics of the assembly process of aircraft parts and the current development direction of automated logistics technology, an automatic sorting and distribution scheme for aircraft parts assembly process based on automatic stereo warehouse, automatic lifting library, AGV and other logistics technologies is established. It can effectively improve the logistics efficiency in the manufacturing process.
