Analysis of Census Results of Women over 30 Years of Age with Breast Diseases in Weihai City

Abstract:Objective: To explore the risk factors for Weihai women breast diseases through the analysis of census results,and to provide the epidemiology basis for the breast disease's prevention.Methods: Between March,2005 and March,2008 3 246 Weihai women,over 30 years of age were carried on the breast diseases census and divided them into three groups.Breast hyperplasia,fibroadenoma and breast cancer were analyzed.Results: The incidence rate of breast hyperplasia,fibroadenoma and breast cancer were 44.31%,9.67%,0.15%,respectively.The lower-age group morbidity was obviously higher than the higher-age group.For breast hyperplasia cases,those with the earlier menarche age and meat diet,and without lactation history and permanent occupation incidence rate were higher.For fibroadenoma cases,the incidence rate had nothing to do with menarche age and lactation history,but with meat diet and teaching profession.Conclusions: A few factors interaction may deduce breast diseases,Change some bad habits,may make the majority of women away from breast diseases,and thus away from breast cancer.
