Abstract:Objective It is to system evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of Shuxuetong in treating unstable angina pectoris(UAP),and offer scientific clinic evidence for the practice of EBM.Methods Computer-based online search the randomized controlled trails about treatment of UAP with Shuxuetong.Jadad scale was used to assess the methodological quality of the inclusive trials,and the data were analyzed with method of Meta Analysis.Results 13 studies with a total of 1 479 patients with UAP were identified.Meta Analysis indicated that compared with the control group,Shuxuetong could significantly release UAP attack.Conclusion Shuxuetong shows better therapeutic effect in treating UAP,and with 1ess adverse reaction and good tolerance.However the trials collecting is poor-quality,more rationally designed and strictly executed randomized trials with large samples are necessary.
