Abstract:There are bio-activity substances in areca fruit and it is valuable to develop areca foods.The researches on analysis,identify,function of activity substances from areca nut are reviewed.The new processing method of areca food are summarized.It is point out that the new technology and deep processing of areca food need to be further studied.
