Abstract:This paper adopted 2×2(evaluation property and evaluation orientation) two factors between subjects design,with four kinds of evaluation settings,and then analyzes the impact of peer evaluation on the individual innovative tendency.Result showed that the interaction of type of evaluation property and evaluation orientation were significant.When colleague evaluation was based on individual outcome,the negative evaluation would be more effective to promote individual creative motivation.When colleague used negative evaluation,evaluation based on individual outcome would be more effective to individual creative motivation than based on individual process effort.

Abstract:Philosophers of China are always highly praising ＂unity of knowing-doing＂. Nowadays, ＂lack of unity of knowing-doing＂ in the process of cultivating talents is mainly reflected in how to be a man and how to learn. Working out the problem of ＂lack of unity of knowing-doing＂ in cultivating tal- ents should start with developing students ~ sense of social responsibility, deepening teaching reform, constructing teachers＇ virtue, strenghtening the construction of extracurricular activities and campus culture and making full use of social and educational resources, which emphasizes the guiding functions of teachers and the subject position of students. Students＇ initiative should be fully displayed and ＂unity of knowing-doing＂ of students should be integrated into the whole process and field of teaching and talent cultivation so that students will truly become innovative talents who have highly- developed social conscience, innovative spirits, practical capability and ＂unity of knowing-doing in work and life.

Abstract:The quality of innovative talents is unique.In the process of cultivating innovative talents,it is necessary to scientifically recognize the quality that innovative talents should possess,to understand the mechanism of its generation and transformation,and to explore the approaches of realizing the potential quality.On the basis of analyzing innovative talents′ basic quality,this paper discusses the realization paths of quality transformation,and proposes a three-stage multi-dimensional generation model of innovative talents′ quality.Finally, it makes some reflections on the cultivation of innovative talents.

Abstract:Throughout the incessant exploration and reflection on first-line production practice,the highly-skilled talents play a pioneering role in the existing technologies' transforming and new products' creating,which promotes technology innovation and achievement transformation.And human's inner innovative quality is the dynamic source in implementing innovative activities.This paper uses the Root Analysis,which contains relevant literature review,technical literature collection and behavior event interview,to refine the initial content items of the highly-skilled talents' innovative quality.Then design scale and carry out questionnaire survey based on the results.Based on the results of the collected analysis of questionnaire,implement the content items' purification.Combined with the expert panel's fully discussion,this paper draws the framework of the highly-skilled talents' innovative quality,which contains three second-order dimension,seven first-order dimension and forty content items.

Abstract:This article mainly focuses on the international debates about the cultivation of innovative talents and its implications for Chinese higher education.Four international debates are presented,including Nature versus Nurture,Aptitude versus Achievement,Expertise versus Creativity,and Nomothetic versus Idiographic.Based on these international debates,this article discusses the possible approaches to cultivating innovative talents in China,especially in the field of higher education.Based on the discussion,the author proposes that Chinese educators and administrators in universities should follow the advanced cultivation model,providing individualized training strategy for each student based on his/her personality,age,family background,and aptitude.The special training programs for gifted college students in China should differentiate the creativity training and expertise training,and put emphasis on how to equip gifted college students with innovative and creative thinking.Chinese researchers should adopt the advanced research models in the field of gifted education,combine nomothetic and idiographic methods,and apply these mixed methods into the research on gifted education.

Abstract:This study focused on the cultivation of"top-notch innovative talents",by pointing out the conflict value between top-notch and innovation:the goal of top-notch is"not to fail",and the premise of innovation is"not afraid to fail".The study indicated that internal and external difficulties of training"leading talents in basic disciplines"in the top-notch mode,and pointed out that"top-notch"is not only the strategy of maintaining the status of elite education in the era of mass higher education but also the result of erosion of utilitarian education.It is manifested in the internal academic profession, the tension between truth-seeking,reputation-seeking,and profit-seeking.It also manifested in the mandatory popularity of Success.It is also performed in the closed mind of young people under strong competitive stress;it was tempted by false innovation and the nihility value under critical thinking.Finally, the article discusses the purpose of undergraduate education and the healthy growth between today's elites and tomorrow's pillars.
