Report on City Medical Aid in Qinghai and Gansu Provinces

Abstract:This paper introduced the structure of City Medical Aid in and Provinces,and compared Qinghai Modelwith Gansu Model in three aspects including population aided,aid project and allocation of funds.It also proposed the difficulty of incorporating Medical Aid into Medical Insurance and influence of financial difficulty on Medical Aid.
