Abstract:Tumor-targeted nanoscale delivery systems could efficiently and specially deliver antitumor medicines to the tumor regions.The delivery systems carrying tumor imaging agents and antitumor medicines have emerged as a kind of novel nanoscale delivery systems in recent years.These platforms could simultaneously deliver diagnosis agents and therapeutic drugs to specially target to tumor for the combination of diagnosis and therapy.The review focuses on the tumor targeting mechanism of multifunctional nanoscale delivery systems and how the diagnostic and therapeutic functions to achieve.
