Abstract:Taking the controllable-pitch propeller(CPP) propulsion shafting was as example,the hybrid model for lumped parameter elements and distributed parameter elements was set up.The method of transfer matrices was used for whirling vibration calculation.The main parameters influencing the whirling vibration characteristic for CPP propulsion shafting was analyzed.
