Optimization of Medium Proportion of Xixuan No.2 by Uniform Design

Abstract:The explants of Acitinidia Xixuan No.2 were cultured for the initiating of callus,proliferation of adventitious buds and rooting by optimized combinations of the plant growth regulators.The result indicated that 92% callus induction frequency is obtained with MS media supplemented with 0.5 mg·L-16-BA and 0.1 mg·L-1 NAA;The best medium for the buds induction was MS supplement with 3.0 mg·L-16-BA and 0.1 mg·L-1 NAA;The best combinations of shoot proliferation was MS+3.0 mg·L-16-BA +0.1 mg·L-1NAA+ 0.6 mg·L-1GA3;and for rooting 1/2MS medium with 1.0 mg·L-1IBA and 0.2 mg·L-1NAA was suitable.
