Analysis on Chinese Rule of Law from Typology

Abstract:The 1911 revolution opened a door of pursuing modern rule of law in China,and modernity rule of law is not Chinese rule of law,but western rule of law.Because of the western nation's invasion,Chinese traditional rule of law was destroyed and had to head for the modern rule of law.In the course of developing the modern rule of law,there are some contradictions between the modern rule of law and Chinese tradition.It is difficult to explain that which type Chinese rule of law belongs to in theory.In the practice we will create our self's type of rule of law.
