Abstract:Basic principles of extracting data model and management of data model for integration system in E-Government are presented.Study on XML data model of structured and half-structured and Web data shows that this model is fit for transition of heterogeneous data.

Abstract:With the development of E-Government informationization, the traditional information sharing mode limit the exchange between various government departments. This paper introduces the current heterogeneous data integration mode, proposes integration mode based on hybrid ontology, and describes the function of each part. This mode can effectively shield the heterogeneity of data and protect the independence of each system. This paper describes the methods of constructing domain ontology and ontology mapping, and illustrates the building process of the domain ontology.

Abstract:The thesis researched the heterogeneous data integration based on the middleware,and designed the mechanism of the heterogeneous data integration in the basis. Combined the development of the digitization platform about the archives of the aircraft enterprises,the thesis used XML and Dataset of the ADO.NET as the middleware and used Web Service as the interface to integrate the heterogeneous data successfully.

Abstract:Oriented to the requirements of E-government,the necessity of developing the data mining(DM) system for E-government is proposed,and those characteristics of theDMS for E-government are analyzed from different aspects.Based on the analysis,requirement analysis is conducted.Then the structure of data mining system for E-government is established according to the main flow of general DM,and the system has such functions as data management,preprocessing,data mining and so on.Finally,the defects of traditional double-tier architecture for software are pointed out and an implementation scheme based on multi-tier architecture is researched further.

Abstract:A data integration architecture consisted of application-layer,interface layer,data integration layer,adapter layer and data layer are presented.XML technology is used to solve data heterogeneous transformation;Web services technology is used to achieve adapter design used to extract local model and data conversion.Merging algorithm is used to complete each data fusion results sorting;using thread pool technology is improved the overall system performance.The deployment tests in tomcat and axis2 framework show that this architecture could achieve prospective effect.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the information-sharing of Chinese governments, this paper makes a detailed study on the features of organizational structure of Chinese government, the characteristics of government information flow and the relationship among them. The paper points out that the fragmented government organizations obstruct the information sharing among the departments, which will become a big block to the e-government horizontal integration. To solve this problem, the paper designs an e-government system to support the horizontal integration. Finally, the authors take an example to illustrate the application of the system.

Abstract:At present, the resources integration and sharing efficiency between the government systems is not high in China. The phenomenon of repeated system development is common, which results in a tremendous waste of resources and cannot be adapt well to the information exchange, sharing and unified management of the current government systems. Aiming at the unified management of government information resources and according to the actual shared requirement of government information resources, this paper studied the overall structure of the e-government sharing platform for the achievements of business collaboration between inter departments and the solution of "information isolated island" phenomenon between different heterogeneous systems of various government departments. The overall structure designed by this paper will provide technical support for realizing the cross-platform, cross-application, cross-system, cross-regional resource data interoperability and resource information sharing in government systems.

Abstract:Based on the review of e-government system model, this paper introduced the object-oriented e-government system model which was composed of government, citizen, and enterprise, and build both direct and indirect interactive relationships among the three objects. This paper also analyzed the object-oriented system model combined with application of Shanghai social security ID card system. The model was characterized of synthesis, expansibility and manageability, and had the advantage of expansion, low cost, and high efficiency, which had important significance to research and realization of e-government.
