Abstract:Some filtrations of the tensor product of a highest weight module and a lowest weight module over quantum group $U_q(\mathfrak g)$ are constructed in \cite{LZ:2009} and one can use them to define some ideals of the modified quantized enveloping algebra. It is shown that the quotient algebras inherit canonical bases from the modified quantized enveloping algebra and are dual to the quantum coordinate ring defined by Kashiwara for symmetrizable Kac-Moody algebra $\mathfrak g$.

Abstract:In this article, the two-parameter quantum Heisenberg enveloping algebra, which serves as a model for certain quantum generalized Heisenberg algebras, have been studied at roots of unity. In this context, the quantum Heisenberg enveloping algebra becomes a polynomial identity algebra, and the dimension of simple modules is bounded by its PI degree. The PI degree, center, and complete classification of simple modules up to isomorphism are explicitly presented. We work over a field of arbitrary characteristic, although our results concerning the representations require that it is algebraically closed.

Abstract:Polyhedral realization of crystal bases is one of the methods for describing the crystal base B(∞) of a quantized enveloping algebra explicitly. This method can be applied to symmetrizable Kac-Moody types. We can also apply this method to the crystal bases B(λ) of integrable highest weight modules and of modified quantum algebras. But, the explicit forms of the polyhedral realizations of crystal bases B(∞) and B(λ) are only given in the case of arbitrary rank 2, of An and of An(1). So, we will give the polyhedral realizations of crystal bases B(∞) and B(λ) for all simple Lie algebras in this paper.

Abstract:We use the monomial basis theory developed by Deng and Du to present an elementary algebraic construction of the canonical bases for both the Ringel-Hall algebra of a cyclic quiver and the positive part U+ of the quantum affine sl(n). This construction relies on analysis of quiver representations and the introduction of a new integral PBW-like basis for the Lusztig Z[v, v(-1)] -form of U+.

Abstract:The dual basis of the canonical basis of the modified quantized enveloping algebra is studied, in particular for type A. The construction of a basis for the coordinate algebra of the n x n quantum matrices is appropriate for studying the multiplicative property. It is shown that this basis is invariant under multiplication by certain quantum minors including the quantum determinant. Then a basis of quantum SL (n) is obtained by setting the quantum determinant to one. This basis turns out to be equivalent to the dual canonical basis.

Abstract:We introduce an integral form U of the quantized enveloping algebra of sl_2. The algebra U is just large enough so that the quasi-R-matrix is contained in a completion of U\otimes U. We study several completions of the algebra U, and determine their centers. This study is motivated by a study of integrality properties of the quantum sl_2 invariants of links and integral homology spheres.

Abstract:In present paper we define a new kind of quantized enveloping algebra of sl(2). We denote this algebra by U-r,U-t, where r, t are two non-negative integers. It is a non-commutative and non-cocommutative Hopf algebra. If r = 0, then the algebra U-r,U-t is isomorphic to a tensor product of the algebra of infinite cyclic group and the usual quantum enveloping algebra of sl(2) as Hopf algebras. The representation of this algebra is studied.

Abstract:A natural family of quantized matrix algebras is introduced. It includes the two best studied such. Located inside Uq(A2n−1), it consists of quadratic algebras with the same Hilbert series as polynomials in n2 variables. We discuss their general properties and investigate some members of the family in great detail with respect to associated varieties, degrees, centers, and symplectic leaves. Finally, the space of rank r matrices becomes a Poisson submanifold, and there is an associated tensor category of rank ⩽r matrices.

Abstract:Given a quantized enveloping algebra $U_q(\mathfrak g)$ and a pair of dominant weights ($\lambda$, $\mu$), we extend a conjecture raised by Lusztig in \cite{Lusztig:1992}to a more general form and then prove this extended Lusztig's conjecture. Namely we prove that for any symmetrizable Kac-Moody algebra $\mathfrak g$, there is a composition series of the $U_q(\mathfrak g)$-module $V(\lambda)\otimes V(\mu)$ compatible with the canonical basis. As a byproduct, the celebrated Littlewood-Richardson rule is derived and we also construct, in the same manner, a composition series of $V(\lambda)\otimes V(-\mu)$ compatible with the canonical basis when $\mathfrak g$ is of affine type and the level of $\lambda-\mu$ is nonzero.

Abstract:In this paper, we construct the so-called q-Schur modules as left principal ideals of cyclotomic q-Schur algebras, and prove that they are isomorphic to those cell modules defined in [3] and [9] in any level r.After that, mainly, we prove that these q-Schur modules are free and construct their bases.This result gives new versions of some known results such as standard basis and the branching theorem.With the help of this realization and the new basis, we give a new proof of the Branch rule of Weyl modules which was first discovered by Wada in [13].

Abstract:The last thirty years has seen dramatic progress in representation theory due in part to the introduction of some remarkable bases, first for the group algebras of Weyl groups, and second for the universal enveloping algebras of semisimple Lie algebras. These bases are the Kazhdan-Lusztig bases from [7], and Lusztig’s canonical bases originating in [10] (which are Kashiwara’s global crystal bases), respectively. Their construction relies crucially on certain deformed versions of the underlying algebras, namely, Iwahori-Hecke algebras of Weyl groups and the Drinfeld-Jimbo quantized enveloping algebras.

PBW bases for $\imath$quantum groups

Abstract:We establish PBW type bases for $\imath$quantum groups of arbitrary finite type, using the relative braid group symmetries. Explicit formulas for root vectors are provided for $\imath$quantum groups of each rank 1 type. We show that our PBW type bases give rise to integral bases for the modified $\imath$quantum groups. The leading terms of our bases can be identified with the usual PBW bases in the theory of quantum groups.

Abstract:We generalize a criterion for tight monomials of quantum enveloping algebras associated with symmetric generalized Cartan matrices and a monomial basis property of those associated with symmetric (classical) Cartan matrices to their respective symmetrizable case. We then link the two by establishing that a tight monomial is necessarily a monomial defined by a weakly distinguished word. As an application, we develop an algorithm to compute all tight monomials in the rank 2 Dynkin case.

Abstract:We generalize Lusztig's geometric construction of the PBW bases of finite quantum groups of type $\mathsf{ADE}$ under the framework of [Varagnolo-Vasserot, J. reine angew. Math. 659 (2011)]. In particular, every PBW basis of such quantum groups is proven to yield a semi-orthogonal collection in the module category of the KLR-algebras. This enables us to prove Lusztig's conjecture on the positivity of the canonical (lower global) bases in terms of the (lower) PBW bases in the $\mathsf{ADE}$ case. In addition, we verify Kashiwara's problem on the finiteness of the global dimensions of the KLR-algebras of type $\mathsf{ADE}$.

Abstract:We find the "bracket multiplication" table related to the q -Weyl generators of the multi-parameter quantization G of the type G2+ in the explicite form. This information allows one to decompose every element in PBW basis related to the q -Weyl generators using a natural diminishing procedure. Nevertheless G is not a quadratic-linear Koszul algebra with respect to the q -Weyl generators. It is known that the multi-parameter quantizations of type An+ and Bn+ in q -Weyl generators indeed are quadratic-linear Koszul algebras.

Abstract:We use the Hecke algebras of affine symmetric groups and their associated Schur algebras to construct a new algebra through a basis, and a set of generators and explicit multiplication formulas of basis elements by generators. We prove that this algebra is isomorphic to the quantum enveloping algebra of the loop algebra of $\mathfrak {gl}_n$. Though this construction is motivated by the work \cite{BLM} by Beilinson--Lusztig--MacPherson for quantum $\frak{gl}_n$, our approach is purely algebraic and combinatorial, independent of the geometric method which seems to work only for quantum $\mathfrak{gl}_n$ and quantum affine $\mathfrak{sl}_n$. As an application, we discover a presentation of the Ringel--Hall algebra of a cyclic quiver by semisimple generators and their multiplications by the defining basis elements.

Abstract:We compare and generalise the various geometric constructions (due to Ringel, Lusztig, Schofield, Bozec, Davison...) of the unipotent generalised Kac–Moody algebra associated with an arbitrary quiver. These constructions are interconnected through several geometric operations, including the stalk Euler characteristic of constructible complexes, the characteristic cycle, the Euler obstruction map, and the intersection multiplicities of Lagrangian subvarieties. We provide a proof that these geometric realisations hold for the integral form of the Lie algebra. Furthermore, by modifying the generators of the enveloping algebra, we ensure compatibility with the natural coproducts that can be defined in terms of restriction diagrams. As a result, we establish that the top cohomological Hall algebra of the strictly seminilpotent stack is isomorphic to the positive part of the enveloping algebra of the generalised Kac-Moody algebra associated with the quiver. This appears to be one of the cornerstones needed to describe the BPS algebra of very general 2-Calabi–Yau categories, which is the subject of the author's work on BPS Lie algebras for 2-Calabi–Yau categories with Davison and Schlegel Mejia.
