Abstract:A triaxial step motor motion controller based on TMS320F2812 as control unit was described. The system makes use of the general timers on the chip to generate pulse signal and direction level as interpolator. It could realize monoaxial location and speed control and triaxial simultaneous linear interpolation. The article introduces the principle of generation of pulse signal through general timers and puts forward the realization of hardware and software of motion controller and details the computing method for interpolator's parameter.
