Abstract:In recent years, dance is increasingly concerned by people. Students also have strong interest in dance. With the constant improvement on educational reform, the dance course in colleges is constantly increasing. As the artistic educational subject, the dance course has some differences by comparing with the traditional classroom. As a result, the traditional teaching method is not suitable for dance teaching in colleges. Heuristic teaching is a teaching method that conforms to students’ learning law and cognitive level. It can make students more independently explore and discover than the traditional teaching method. Heuristic teaching can improve dance teaching efficiency, thus the author discusses the application of heuristic teaching in dance teaching and lays a foundation on colleges to greatly achieve a goal of dance teaching.

Abstract:: Under the guidance of student-oriented and teacher-led teaching philosophy, heuristic teaching centers on provoking students' thoughts and advocates that teachers should arouse their enthusiasm and initiative in learning starting from the actual situation and in strict accordance with teaching tasks and the objective laws of learning. A string of new forms and features now label the heuristic teaching amid the implementation of new curriculum reform. Specifically, teachers improve students' ability to locate and solve problems, and cultivate their skills of cooperation, autonomous learning, and innovation through feasible inspiration and instructions. Middle and primary schools in rural areas, however, suffer from backward teaching amid the full swing of the new curriculum reform. In that case, teachers are obliged to dissect the problem and better the relatively lagging thought-provoking teaching through several paths.

Abstract:The development of the internet and communication technology has brought about significant changes in the education field, enhancing teaching methods and affecting students' academic performance by wisely substituting traditional teaching approaches. Modern technologies are being utilized to improve the quality of education, and traditional teaching techniques are being updated by incorporating recent technological tools. Traditional teaching methods, such as textbooks and lecturing using boards, often fail to provide students with the expected level of knowledge. Consequently, researchers have developed new inventive teaching techniques for the convenience of students, including slide-based lectures, e-learning, and learning management systems. As a result of these inventive teaching methods, students gain knowledge, which has a positive and efficient effect on their academic performance and achievement. Studies comparing traditional and inventive teaching methods have found that the latter approach is more effective in enhancing students' educational achievement. Therefore, it is suggested that educational investors invest in inventive teaching approaches, and teachers need to implement novel teaching methods in their classrooms to upgrade students' performance and knowledge. To instruct modern-generation students, tutors need to develop an inventive teaching approach. Past analysis has shown that encouraging learners to think creatively can significantly affect their academic performance and creativity. The proposed study aims to present an overview of existing innovative and traditional teaching methods in technical colleges based on popular libraries. The search results are presented in different forms. Based on the current study, researchers will devise research on enhanced teaching methods, improved quality of education, updated traditional teaching techniques, increased convenience for students, improved educational achievement, encourages creativity, access to information, greater investment in education, upgraded performance, and improved learning outcomes.

Abstract:Human Resources Management is a theoretical,practical,applied,strong political course.It is very important to choose effective teaching methods in the teaching process.But now teaching method in human resources management is too single to satisfy social requirements.If some new teaching methods such as: case teaching,audio-visual technology,network communication technology, role playing etc.can be introduced to teaching process,the ability of students,for example applying ability practice ability communicating ability and innovating ability,can be improved and basic operational skills in human resources management can be mastered by students.Based on the competence theory,the multiple teaching methods are introduced in this article and nine methods which can be applied to teaching on human resources management are recommended.

Abstract:Situational Teaching Method is a teaching method in which teachers actively create a good learning environment and atmosphere, stimulate students ‘interest, help students build cognition, and promote students’ all around development. This paper uses the literature research method and the case analysis method to discuss the application of the situational teaching method in the classroom. The research shows that following the principles of scientificity, pertinence and subjectivity can improve the efficiency of the classroom. Using vivid language, life examples, asking questions and creating basic historical materials are important strategies to ensure the effectiveness of the classroom. Therefore, following the basic principles of situational teaching method is the key to improving classroom teaching.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the teaching effect of heuristic teaching in medical psychology teaching.Methods Totally 104 students (2010 grade higher vocational nursing class) were divided into experiment group (n=52) and control group (n=52).Heuristic teaching model and conventional teaching model were applied respectively.t test was used to compare the final exam scores of two groups; self-made evaluation sheet was used to evaluate the teaching effect and x2 test was employed to compare the results between two groups,with P＜0.05 standing for statistical significance.Results Final exam scores of experiment group (87.48 ± 3.18) was better than control group (81.43 ± 4.89) (P=0.016).Teaching evaluation was better in experiment group than in control group.Conclusions Heuristic teaching is helpful in improving students' study enthusiasm and training their scientific thinking.

Abstract:According to the concept of heuristic teaching,a new course system was introduced to teaching glass technology.Based on the content of the course,the various levels of problems were set up as per the contents and the order of each lesson was rearranged in accordance with cognitive way of the students.The key concepts were put forward from the different points with the common characteristics and used in the teaching to make the students have a better understanding of these points.The law of the unity of opposites was introduced to the lessons to let students understand the glass technology in a dialectical and developing way.The above practice has proved to be successful in the teaching glass technology in our university.

Abstract:Wisdom is far away, whereas Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) is very close. The thesis derives from the big vision of a vocational teacher. Education is a great system, and interaction appears here and there all the time, like Human-Human Interaction and Human-Computer Interaction. With the help of techniques like H5 Interactive media courseware, Multi-device cross-screen interaction, 3D sensing human brain recognition technology, Interactive AI teacher and VR immersion teaching VR, students do not need to enter set classrooms. A simulated teaching place will do the job. Teachers will gather all the teaching resources and it helps to break their limitation. It is possible for us to build up harmonious and efficient teaching surroundings by using advanced techniques based on Human-Computer Interaction Technique. One teacher can do little by him/herself, while he/she can expand the way, and share with others so that everyone has a chance to stand on the shoulders of giants and do the job better. HCI Technique is just like the giant who offers his shoulder.

Abstract:This document explains and demonstrates the combination of heuristic teaching and expository teaching will improve teaching efficiency of science. The science engagement by providing students time to think, ask questions, and find their voices to talk about the science subject matter. The analyses involved the applicability of different teaching method for different intellectual framework. The expository teaching is suitable for the fundamental concept explaining, whereas the heuristic teaching the design and explanation of the example and application.
