Abstract:Network digital libraries have exploded in recent years, with numerous and complicated evaluation indicators. The main body of evaluation is gradually showing the diversification characteristics of evaluation objects, and comprehensive evaluation standards. In order to better ensure the overall quality and construction level of network digital library resources, this research innovation incorporates multi-level extension optimization evaluation. Based on the network digital library, a multi-level extension optimization decision-making mechanism combining qualitative and quantitative is proposed. It has developed a new direction and provided new ideas for the resource quality and data evaluation of the future network digital library.

Abstract:Choosing Chinese and foreign representative databases as the information sources, which are the full-text database of Chinese journals on the web of China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Web of Science on ISI Web of Knowledge and the famous engineering database Science Abstract (INSPEC), the paper does statistical, clustering, comparative analyses of digital library researches in the latest 30 years both domestically and abroad on five factors, which are time distribution, theme, author, periodical distribution and cited references of English literature, and conducts comparative research. Based on the comparative analyses of domestic and foreign literature, the paper explains the differences on capital, technology and human resources between China and abroad, trying to point out the problems concerning domestic researches and put forward some measures to solve them, in order to provide statistical and theoretical supports for promoting the sound development of domestic digital library.

Abstract:The digital convergence service of libraries and archives is a kind of new network service mode,which is built on the resource integration and supported by the application of network technology,targeted on the seamless access and knowledge reference.This paper proposes four dimensions of resource acquisition,resources integration,technology platform and knowledge reference from the view of perceived service quality theory,and makes a systematic argumentation on four dimensions and twenties factors through the literature research and expert consultation.In order to combine qualitative analysis with quantitative validation,it verifies the model in the aspects of discrimination,reliability,validity and goodness of fit with the statistical method.The results show that the model could be effectively suitable for evaluating the digital convergence service,and providing beneficial reference for effectively promoting its development and assessing convergence service practices.

Abstract:In view of the "weak sustainability" of rural library development and the general lack of assessment in China,the article summarizes the assessment research and practice of rural libraries at home and abroad, and explains the assessment research and practice of rural libraries in four aspects: assessment content, assessment index, assessment tools, and assessment methods. It is pointed out that the evaluation of rural libraries in China should follow the logic of "demand-input-process-outputimpact", use performance evaluation and combine with effectiveness evaluation methods, uphold the reader-centered approach,focus on library service data management, cultural heritage assessment and spatial assessment, explore the direction and path of assessment for rural libraries in China, and construct an assessment model with a view to providing a reference for conducting rural library assessment in China.

Abstract:This paper found via analysis that digital reference demonstrates six themes: an overview of research; digital reference systems, technology and service model research; reference librarian quality and reference team building, reference service quality and evaluation studies; digital reference laws and intellectual property research; comparative study of digital reference between China and abroad. It points out that the digital reference service concentrates on user and towards to expand the counseling services, improve the quality and level,strengthen the standards and quality construction, solve the problem of intellectual property rights, promote domestic and international cooper-ation and improve the organization and management of institutional repository.
