Abstract:This paper introduces the design of a 2.4 GHz CMOS power amplifier used in Satellite telecommunication system, which is based on SMIC 0.18μm CMOS technology. At a supply voltage of 3.3V, its output power is 21.4dBm, PAE=60% and S11=-35dB. It can satisfy a demand for Satellite telecommunication system.
