Abstract:Hospital culture building is a highly unified management in line with scientism,standardization and humanity.Hospital culture is the manifestation of the hospital’s key competitiveness and the quality of the hospital brand.Developing the hospital culture sets a higher demand on staff's ideological ideas,services and medical quality.The staff’s cohesion,creativity and intelligence play a critical role in hospital cultural construction.The key in creating a hospital cultural brand lies in establishing a unity of people-centered idea and culture management in harmony with emotional factors.
