Abstract:The technology of identifying bearing oil-film force by oil-film pressure of one or more points is the key technology to accomplish station monitor and fault diagnosis of slide bearing.The principle of identifying oil-film force by oil-film pressure was illustrated.Based on short bearing theory,an equation of oil-film force identification was given,and the internality relation and conversion curve between pressure of measure point and oil-film force were researched in theory.Conditions and limits of identification technology were discussed,which are enriched the meaning of principle.As for large turbo-rotor systems,measure point for oil-film force identification and relative problems were researched.
