Abstract:The study was aimed at determining if the dietary supplementation of GSH in Litopenaeus vannamei could affect its nonspecific immune factors and the activities of AKP,ACP,AST and ALT.The shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei at the initial body weight of(1.12±0.01) g were fed diets respectively supplemented with 0,60,120,180,240 and 300 mg/kg diet GSH for 8 weeks.15 of each repetition were sampled to analyze the immune factors' activity of MPO,LSZ,AKP,ACP,AST and ALT in serum and hepatopancrea. The results showed that,in hepatopancrea, with the increasing of dietary GSH level, activities of MPO,LSZ,AKP and ACP of the shrimp increased, reaching the highest level at G120,G240,G240,G120 respectively, then significantly decreased at a higher level. While in serum, activities of LSZ,AKP and ACP increased, reaching the highest level at G180,G240 and G240 respectively, then significantly decreased. As for AST and ALT(both in serum and hepatopancrea) of shrimp fed dietary GSH,the activities decreased significantly then increased at G240 and G300.The above results would illuminate that the dietary supplementation of GSH at a suitable level could improve nonspecific immunity of the shrimps and affect the activities of AKP,ACP,AST and ALT.
