Abstract:Objective To analyze the current situation and problems of counterfeited & inferior drug regulation in our nation.Methods Literature review and data statistics were used to analyze the situation and the problems.Results The legislation of counterfeited & inferior drug regulation was improved;the administrative regulation became mitigated while the criminal regulation was strengthened;and the linkage system between departments was established.However,the definitions of counterfeited & inferior drugs are still not clear,the administrative regulation resources are not made the best of;the linkage system is still imperfect;and the government crackdown power is limited.Conclusion The legislation should be improved;the counterfeited & inferior drugs should be redefined clearly,the linkage system should be improved,and the government should impose heavier penalty on malfeasance of counterfeited & inferior drugs.
