Abstract:In order to cultivate the engineering practice ability and improve the training quality of the postgraduates in Power Engineering and Engineering Thermophysics, the reform and practice of training program, course setting, experiment platform and engineering practice training were carried out.The special training program and the training direction were established.The corresponding curriculum system was designed which highlighted the engineering practice and innovation ability.The engineering experiment platform were constructed to meet the needs of multi-disciplinary courses.Professional lectures and engineering practice-related training were carried out.Professional lectures and engineering practices which closely related to the development of power engineering and engineering thermophysics were developed.In the past five years, the employment rate of the graduates was over 99%.A better quality of personnel training was indicated.
