Review on the Development of Emergency Response Plan Supporting System

Abstract:Based on the background analysis of increasingly severe threats to public security,a brief development of Emergence Response Assistant System at home and abroad is first reviewed;the improvements,disadvantages,and the significance of Emergency Protocol Supporting System are pointed out and described.Then three different types of protocols,namely Text Protocol,Graphic Protocol and Deducing Protocol,and their advantages and disadvantages are presented.A focus is put on the advancements of Deducing Protocol Supporting System from three aspects of visualization,digitalization and artificial intelligence.Based on the focus analysis,a new Emergency Protocol Supporting System with five modules of protocol management,automatic protocol generation,protocol simulation,protocol tracking and protocol evaluation is established.This system aims to improve the supporting ability of emergency protocol through high-tech such as 3S and artificial intelligence,and is expected to bring forward the possible developing direction of Emergency Protocol Supporting System from three perspectives of functional perfection,technological innovation and systematic advancement.
