Abstract:Jiangsu competitive sports from the pre-reform zero to the current 311 items changes in the gold medal,and the experience of to break the world record of 124 items in 30 years is that personnel training is fundamental,technology innovation is the foundation,institutional change is the motive force,scientific management is to ensure.But we will face the requirements that further promote the competitive sports and the mass sports in common development,and efforts to explore and practice of sports development road with Chinese characteristics,and make new contributions for the development and growth of Chinese sports.Sports development strategy of the soft and hard environment should be harmonious development,co-existence build.Emphasis of the hard environment is maintain and update,and emphasis of the soft environment is speed up the modernization of people,Sports science and technology innovation and institutional modernization process.
