Abstract:It builds a model of interactions among network relationship,trust,knowledge sharing and technology innovation performance with structural equation modeling.The sample covers 116 high-tech firms in Pearl River Delta.The results show that the higher the level of trust among firms,the higher the degree of knowledge sharing.Network relationship with external firms has a significant positive effect on knowledge sharing,and the higher the degree of knowledge sharing,the higher the firms' innovation efficiency,the better the firms' innovation benefit,and the higher the integrated technology innovation performance.As a mediator,knowledge sharing plays an important role in the two influencing paths of both trust and network relationship on technology innovation performance.
